We have not always had a healthy lifestyle and was sentenced to a life of pain, suffering, sickness, medication, and emergency room visits. We got tired of suffering and made the wonderful decision to follow God’s blueprint for a healthy life. By the grace of God we changed the way we ate and lived. As a result, our family is healthy and in our forties my husband and I are experiencing the best health ever! Because of our experience, since 2012 we have been on a mission to inspire, encourage, and equip families to take control of their health and live longer, healthier, and happier lives!

I had 5 coaching sessions with Akhimie and it was amazing! She has an incredible ability to listen and I felt she really heard and acknowledged me.
